Top Tip
Woodland or outdoor themed Christmas cards may work best for this craft.
How to Make
Step 1
Select your favorite Christmas cards to upcycle and place tracing paper over a natural wood circle. Use a pencil to trace the area you want to cover, leaving the bark edge visible for a rustic look.
Step 2
Place the tracing paper circle onto your chosen card to help determine which area to cut out.
Step 3
Using the tracing paper as a guide, cut out the circle shape from the card. Aim for a natural, imperfect edge for a more organic look.
Step 4
Stick the card onto the log slice using super tacky glue. Placing the glue directly onto the log slice works best. Then, cut a piece of jute twine, tie a knot, and stick it to the back. Leave to dry.
Step 5
Stick the card to the log slice. When it has completely dried, proudly hang your creation on the Christmas tree.
