How to Make
Step 1
Paint a craft stick using skin-tone paint and leave to dry.
Step 2
Paint on a leotard and ballet shoes, adding pearls for extra sparkle.
Step 3
Using the template, cut out the ballerina's head and hair, then stick these together.
Step 4
Draw on a face of your choosing.
Step 5
Stick the head onto the ballerina doll.
Step 6
Cut a slit in a cupcake case and slide the stick through to create the tutu.
