Colour Block Mini Bottles

Top Tip

To make it easier, paint the bottles one side at a time, leaving the paint to dry in between; this way you'll avoid any smudges or marks.

  1. Choose which style of bottle you want to decorate first from the pack. Mask off two thirds of the bottle with tape, leaving a stripe around the top (depending on the style of bottle, you could use the curve of the glass as an indicator for where your stripes are going to go and mask it off that way).
  2. Mix your desired pastel shades in the palette, then apply the first colour to the stripe of glass that's still visible. Paint over the edge of the tape to ensure you get a nice clean line between your colours. Leave to dry. Check you don't need to apply a second coat of paint before moving on to the next step.
  3. Remove a section of tape to reveal another stripe of glass (you can always remove all the tape and just re-mask a smaller section off if this is easier). Paint in the second colour of your choice and leave to dry.
  4. Remove the final strips of tape and paint the stripe of glass with your third colour. Leave to dry.
