Hold down the card whilst you wait for the super tacky glue to dry.
How to Make
Step 1
Firstly, using the template draw and cut out the shapes from card.
Step 2
Stick the black strip around the red paper cup for the belt, then stick the buckle on top.
Step 3
Then, pull apart cotton wool and stick it to the top of the cup.
Step 4
Put double sided tape around the inside rim of the paper cup. Then, cut a length of cellophane and stick it to the double-sided tape.
Step 5
Fill the cup with goodies!
Step 6
To finish, cut a length of ribbon and tie it around the cellophane to secure the treats in place.
