How to Make
- Draw and cut out the party hat template from red glitter card. Use a hole punch to punch two small holes in the card.
- Curve the edges of the party hat together and stick the tab to the other edge to secure in place.
- Layer 3 glitter foam stickers on top of each other and stick to the front, centre of the hat.
- Stick smaller glitter hearts around the base of the hat.
- Cut 1 red, 1 pink and 1 white pipe cleaner in half and wrap each one around a pencil to create a spiral shape. Then slide the pipe cleaners into the top/point of the hat. If the gap at the point of the hat is too small you can snip off the point so that the pipe cleaners can fit.
- Cut a length of elastic approximately 50cm in length and tie each end through the holes in the party hat with a double knot.
Top Tip
To make sure the edges of the party hat stay stuck together, you can stick some tape to the inside of the join to make it secure.
