How to Make
Cut your tube into slices of about 10 cm and cut the middle making it a ‘c’ shape.
2. Paint your cuff with acrylic paint and let dry.
3. While drying put out some flower shapes using the template out of felt and stick together with super tacky
4. Stick this onto your cuff and decorate with buttons.
Top Tip
Use different colours and cut different plate shapes to make other flowers.
